Lin-Manuel Miranda “Almost Like Praying Salsa Rmx”

The American composer, lyricist, playwright and actor, is broadly known for his award-winning Broadway musicals “Hamilton” And “In the Heights.” He’s won several awards for his extensive work, including a MacArthur Fellowship and a Kennedy Center Honor for his cultural contribution, but it is his philanthropy and community work that’s close to this performing genius’ heart.

After Hurricane Maria ravaged through the island of Puerto Rico in 2017⁠, Miranda got to work on creating, “Almost Like Praying,” a song featuring several award-winning artists and musicians whose proceeds went on to fund millions towards rescue efforts and disaster relief for the country.

SUPER O MGMT was tapped by Atlantic Records Senior Vice President of A&R, Riggs Morales, to support Miranda in documenting and recording the “Almost Like Praying” Salsa remix. Our production team was able to capture the essence of the record—the band and artists performing—bringing everything together and essentially making it an incredible music video experience.
